Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned (with receipt; for online orders packing slip must be included) within 30 days from the purchase date for a store credit or full refund (less shipping costs and surcharges). No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days or without receipt. Refunds will be given in the same manner as payment. All gift returns will be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied against all new and unused furniture, strollers, and car seats returned in original packaging, opened box, or outside of its original packaging. All sale, discounted, and personal item purchases are final; no refunds or store credits are available.
