Since all online products are directly correlated to stocks at the Aganababy store, out of stock items may occur. In this case, we will promptly contact customer via e-mail or by phone to let you know the situation and possible options. In addition, some of our products are shipped directly to customer from the manufacturer. If this is the case, customer will be promptly contacted by email or by phone of possible transit times.
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $100 to contiguous United States (48 states), and charge a flat handling rate of $4.95 on all orders under $100.
We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Box address.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee for item shipped. All furniture items incur a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated on actual product page. Some products are considered special order products and unfortunately are not returnable.
Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid and insured.
We cannot accept freight collect items.
Please remember all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards.
We will not accept dirty, washed or used products.
You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and /or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining reason for return.
We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products and/or services: feeding accessories, teether, sale items, gift card, cash card, point card, coupons, and online points.
If Aganababy finds the returned merchandise to be unacceptable condition for any reasons, Aganababy would hold the right to reject the customer`s request. Once the item is returned and received in our store, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any promotional discounts, shipping costs or gift wrapping) less restocking fee. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing the return funds.
How to return merchandise
Please ship the product back to us via UPS, Fedex, or USPS, and insured the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our store.
