All of our orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Orders usually shipped within 3 business days of receipt. UPS or USPS ground service can taken an additional 7 business days to arrive at location on the east coast. We do offer UPS 2nd Day air as well as UPS or USPS Next Day service for an additional charge. If you are interested in this service, please call to get an estimate. Since all online products are directly correlated to stocks at the Aganababy store, out of stock items may occur. In this case, we will promptly contact customer via e-mail or by phone to let you know the situation and possible options. In addition, some of our products are shipped directly to customer from the manufacturer. If this is the case, customer will be promptly contacted by email or by phone of possible transit times. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100, and charge a flat handling rate of $4.95 on all orders under $100. Aganababy only ships to locations within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Box address and unfortunately we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Puerto Rico. We send you a shipment confirmation email once your order ships. In it, we provide you a tracing number you can use on the carrier`s website to track your order.
