Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Work experience in related fields is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills - must be able to drive change and accountability while still maintaining excellent employee relations. Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project tools. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight time deadlines in an organized manner with a high sense of urgency. Ability to speak Spanish, Japanese, and/or Chinese is a strong plus.
