Shipping Policy
All of our orders are shipped via UPS or USPS which normally takes about 5-8 business
days. Orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt. We do offer UPS 2nd
Day air as well as UPS or USPS Next Day service for an additional charge. If you
are interested in this service, please call for an estimate.
Aganababy only ships to locations within the 48 contiguous states.
Please note that we do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses nor do we ship
to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Puerto Rico.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100, and charge a flat handling rate
of $4.99 on all orders under $100.
Once the item is shipped out, we will send a shipment confirmation email along
with the tracking number for the package. In addition, some of our products are
shipped directly to the customer from the manufacturer. If this is the case, the
customer will be promptly contacted by email or by phone.
Please note, all online products directly correlate to stock at the Aganababy
store, therefore some items may be out of stock at the time of order. In this
case, we will promptly contact the customer via e-mail or by phone.

Return Policy
The return policy below only applies to ONLINE PURCHASES.
Any new or unused items may be returned within 30 days from the shipping
date for a full refund or exchange. Returns must include the original packing
slip. Please note that all shipping costs will NOT be credited back.
All gift returns will be for store credit ONLY. Cash refunds are NOT available.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all furniture, strollers, and
car seats that are opened and/or out of the original box.
All sale, discounted, and/or personalized items are FINAL; no refunds or
exchanges are available.
RETURN POLICY for Baby Carriers
A 15% restocking fee will be applied for returns on all baby carriers and slings. All return carriers must be in new or unused condition and be returned within 30 days with valid proof of purchase. ANY USED CARRIERS OR SLINGS WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND INSTRUCTION MANUAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
We will not accept them in the following conditions:
Containing Dust, Wrinkles, Stains, Odors or Damaged Boxes
